Unique loft to rent. Place your finger at the center of the city map and you know where we are. One hundred square meters, 4.5 meters high, reduced furniture, raw, open, no design, good heating. Legendary cafés, clubs, restaurants and bookshops in the same street. Inspite of the most dense and lively Oranienstraße, as well at 12 am as at 12 pm, the place is quiet, because it’s in a backyard.

At the moment the room is filled with the 50 windgongs i’m working with, but maybe it gives an impression. In september i can add more photos. Normally it’s just a big empty space with table, chairs, a bed, a little couch, a kitchen and a lot of blank floor in between.

I’m looking for somebody who wants to live and/or work at this place while i’m in italy. Por painters and other artists, dancers, photographers, architects etc. i’d say it’s more or less perfect.
